  1. We evaluated the impact of feedings on the variation among liver lobes by calculating the numbers of differential compounds across liver lobes. The numbers indicated the quantity of differential compounds across liver lobes between different groups. Compounds were considered statistically significant if the p-value (FDR correction) < 0.05. Detailed information for each compound is provided in the Supplementary Data 3, 4
