(A) A Volcano plot analysis was performed in order to represent the 230 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between CGH-NC and CTR rabbit groups. Genes that were statistically significant (p < 0.005) are depicted as orange dots. (B) Based on the top 50 DEGs between CGH-NC and CTR groups, a heatmap analysis was performed, in which all 10 animals (5 CGH-NC and 5 CTR) were hierarchical clustered between both groups. Data were normalized using the Pareto Scaling in Metaboanalyst. (C) A joint pathway analysis was performed with those up- and down-regulated DEGs with a p-value < 0.005, obtaining 10 statistically significant metabolic pathways
